System Architect Engineer
Role Summary
Work in a multidisciplinary system engineering team responsible for requirements, design, implementation, validation, integration and manufacturability of analog/digital processors, FPGAs, algorithms, signal processing, embedded software and sensors for space systems.
The role leads system-level technical work: defining algorithms, creating simulations and experiments, driving testability and FDIR design, and coordinating cross-functional R&D teams.
Experience Level
Senior β the posting requests at least 3 years of system engineering experience in a multi-discipline environment.
Responsibilities
Lead system-level technical activities and coordinate across R&D teams.
- Define algorithms to improve overall system performance.
- Design and implement simulations and lab experiments to predict and analyze system behavior.
- Design for testability, manufacturability and Fault Detection, Isolation and Recovery (FDIR) for space systems.
- Lead system-wide projects involving analog/digital/FPGA, SW and sensor teams.
- Provide hands-on issue resolution across disciplines, including customer-facing troubleshooting.
- Develop system architecture for next-generation ASICs.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of system engineering experience in a multi-discipline environment.
- Hands-on experience with development tools and lab equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills; quick learner and self-directed.
- Ability to see the big picture and drive cross-discipline integration.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Nice-to-have: experience in ASIC architecture and development.
- Nice-to-have: experience in software architecture and requirements definition.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Physics, Aeronautics or Electrical Engineering is specified. M.Sc. in science or engineering is listed as an advantage.
