Supply Chain Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead cross-functional product programs from customer quote through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end-of-life for semiconductor products. Act as the single-threaded program owner coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external manufacturing partners to deliver against product, supply, cost, schedule, and customer commitments.
Expected base pay range (USD): 106,800 - 160,000 per annum.
Experience Level
Mid-level. Guidance: approximately 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include end-to-end program ownership, cross-functional leadership, and vendor/supply management across the product lifecycle.
- Own product programs from initial customer quote and feasibility analysis through production ramp and end-of-life.
- Define and manage program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Serve as primary point of accountability for schedule, cost, supply, and execution performance; main supply contact for customers.
- Support customer quotes with cost modeling, capacity assessment, and translate assumptions into executable manufacturing plans.
- Lead program kickoffs and align internal and external stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate external manufacturing partners (foundry, assembly, test, logistics, warehousing) to ensure readiness and sustained supply.
- Manage prototype builds, qualifications, production ramp, steady-state manufacturing, and sunset activities.
- Maintain program dashboards and schedules (Oracle and internal tools); provide concise status updates to senior leadership and customers.

Experience: 5–15 years in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management.

Analytical: Strong data analysis, forecasting, and statistics skills.

Tools: Experience with Agile practices and ERP/planning tools such as Oracle ERP and Kinaxis; familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, global cross-functional programs and coordinate external partners without direct authority.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leadership and customers.

Domain: Experience managing global teams and suppliers in high-tech or semiconductor environments preferred.

Export control: Role may require eligibility to access export-controlled technology; non-U.S. applicants may be subject to export license review prior to employment.

Nice-to-have: experience issuing/managing supplier instructions and specifications, and hands-on program cost/capacity modeling.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
