Student — EDA Trainee (Part-time)
Part-time trainee position within the EDA department supporting development and verification of Design Kits for CMOS, RFCMOS and BiCMOS processes. The program introduces students to modern EDA tools and prepares them to work as CAD engineers in micro- and nano-electronics.
Position is based in Sofia; expected weekly commitment is ~20 hours aligned with the university schedule. Duration: approximately 1–1.5 years. Monthly scholarship provided.
Entry-level — targeted at active university students; no prior professional experience required.

Core technical abilities and availability required for the role.
Active student in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation or an equivalent technical program. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
