Role Summary
Work on verification for machine-learning and AI hardware IP, focusing on functional correctness, performance, and bring-up of next-generation Arm designs. The role sits within a verification team collaborating with architects, RTL designers and system engineers across global design centres.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing and executing verification plans, building environments, and enabling product delivery.
- Design and implement verification environments and testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Develop directed and constrained-random tests, assertions, and functional coverage models.
- Perform debug and root-cause analysis of RTL and verification failures using simulators and waveform tools.
- Integrate verification with CI systems and support regression automation and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and systems teams to close verification closure and support silicon bring-up.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on verification best practices.

Must-have: Extensive practical experience in hardware verification, including SystemVerilog and UVM.

Must-have: Experience with assertions (SVA), functional coverage, constrained-random verification, and debug methodologies.
