Staff Validation Engineer

Role Summary

The Staff Validation Engineer is responsible for validating Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs) and High-Side Switches (HSS) as part of Renesas' Power Product group, focusing on ensuring reliability and safety for next-generation automotive electronic control units (ECUs).

Mid-Career: 3+ years of relevant experience in post silicon validation.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Post silicon validation planning and execution.
• Data analysis and report generation.
• Equipment handling, including operation of devices like Power Supply and Oscilloscope.
• Collaborating on global electrification and smart power projects.

Requirements

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Must-Have: 3+ years of post-silicon validation experience, proficiency in equipment handling, ability to communicate in English, and strong skills in data analysis and report making.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Python scripting and knowledge of power electronics.
