- Partner with IP design, validation, and architecture teams to develop, validate, and debug test patterns and ensure IP content coverage.
- Build and maintain test program infrastructure using Best Known Methods.
- Evaluate and validate new product features, test conditions, methodologies, and test content during initial silicon bring-up.
- Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
- Correlate and release test programs for high-volume production environments.
- Lead initiatives to reduce test time, debug yield issues, and improve product quality and other KPIs.
- Support product qualification and assist in debugging customer returns.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience are listed first, followed by preferred additions.
-
Must-have: Hands-on experience developing and validating ATE test programs and patterns; experience with silicon bring-up and production test release.
-
Must-have: Strong programming/scripting ability (examples: C, C++, Python, Perl, Ruby, Java) and familiarity with version control.
