Senior β€” typically a candidate with substantial program management experience in the semiconductor industry (guidance: ~5+ years in technical program management). The company may adjust level during interview and offers will align to assessed level.

Responsibilities

Own and drive schedules, milestones, and cross-team alignment for complex physical design projects.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end physical design execution (multi-chiplet programs), including dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Coordinate internal teams (RTL, synthesis, P&R, timing, verification) and third-party design services partners.
  • Maintain and report program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Translate technical implementation details into program objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure alignment on resource needs, tool flows, and schedule trade-offs across teams.

  • Proven experience managing external design services partners and client/vendor relationships.
  • Strong schedule creation and tracking skills, with experience managing complex, interdependent milestones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align cross-functional teams and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience coordinating multi-chiplet programs and integrating outputs from multiple design teams.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with AI/ML or CPU architectures, RISC-V, industry EDA tools, and scripting for automation (Python, TCL, etc.).
  • Employment contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology; candidates may need citizenship/permanent residency or an approved license.

Education Requirements

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (CE), Computer Science (CS) were requested in the original posting. No explicit equivalent-experience statement was provided in the source text.
