Job Title

Staff Technical Program Manager, Agentic Workflows & Program Intelligence

Role Summary

Join the Agentic TPM team to design and deliver AI-driven program execution systems. The role turns fragmented signals into clear decisions, manual processes into scalable automations, and business logic into agentic workflows that support hardware and software programs.

This position is a hands-on program leadership role: you will identify opportunities independently, structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, and drive implementation across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams. The role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Experience Level

Senior (Staff / Senior Staff). The posting requests candidates with 7+ years leading complex technical programs, tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations; exact level will be assessed during interview.

Responsibilities

Own the design and delivery of agentic workflows, telemetry-driven reporting, and cross-functional program execution.

  • Define program scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status reporting for complex technical initiatives.
  • Convert business logic into scalable workflows, automations, prompts, and agentic solutions.
  • Integrate and operationalize telemetry/data pipelines, dashboards, graphs, and executive-ready reports.
  • Work across systems such as Jira, CI/CD, bug trackers, telemetry platforms, planning tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams to automate workflows and improve data quality.
  • Drive implementation end-to-end and unblock cross-functional teams to meet program goals.

Requirements

Must-have technical program management experience and hands-on tooling skills. Education requirements are listed separately below.

  • 7+ years leading complex technical programs, workflow/tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations as a TPM, technical lead, or equivalent cross-functional owner.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, telemetry/data pipelines, dashboards, graph-based reporting, and basic statistics; able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD systems, SQL, Python or scripting, spreadsheets, and BI/dashboarding platforms.
  • Experience building program structures that cover scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status; proven ability to deliver executive-ready reporting.
  • Comfortable using or integrating agentic workflow builders and LLM-assisted tooling (examples in team include Rovo, n8n and prompting/LLM assistants).
  • Clear, concise communication skills for executive-level written and verbal updates.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology; employment may be contingent on citizenship, permanent residency, or obtaining required government approvals.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
