Staff Technical Program Manager
Role Summary
Lead technical programs to advance AI software performance on custom high-performance hardware. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning AI model integration, performance optimization across the software stack, and collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
This role is hybrid, based out of Belgrade, RS. The organization assesses candidates across levels during interview and final offers will align to the assessed level.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on program leadership, cross-team coordination, and translating model and customer requirements into engineering execution.
- Drive cross-functional programs to improve AI model performance on custom silicon and across the software stack.
- Coordinate engineering, product, and leadership to set roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.
- Translate customer and model requirements into actionable technical plans and milestones.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritize tasks, and remove blockers for teams.
- Facilitate alignment between teams balancing short-term deliverables and long-term roadmap work.
- Communicate technical status and trade-offs clearly to engineers, executives, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and promote best practices for software lifecycles across multi-repo, multi-platform environments.
