Role Summary
Senior simulation engineer within the Precision Signal Chain (PSC) — Systems Applications & Go-to-Market organization. Responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality signal chain and product-level simulations to accelerate customer design-in, produce scalable go-to-market collateral, and improve simulation quality and consistency across focus applications.
Position partners with product, modeling, and LTspice teams and provides technical leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration. Travel up to 10% required.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include delivering simulation capability, documentation, and technical leadership.
- Lead development of signal chain and product-level simulations aligned to application and system contexts.
- Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
- Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to define simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Drive simulation-based insights and design recommendations to support customer engagement and product decisions.
- Support and scale simulation-based collateral such as reference circuits, demonstrations, and system examples.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute simulation expertise to training, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and capabilities for immediate contribution.
- Strong proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
- Deep knowledge of precision signal chain components (ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, power).
- Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system-level behavior.
- Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and to mentor others.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with product-level modeling or simulation.
- Exposure to focus application domains such as industrial, healthcare, data center, or energy.
- Experience defining or enforcing simulation standards at team or organizational level.
