Role Summary

Join the System-in-Package (SIPI) team to develop and validate signal and power integrity solutions that improve Arm IP performance in advanced packaging. The role focuses on analysis, build methodology, and power delivery techniques for multi-die and advanced-package implementations.

This position includes technical leadership responsibilities and cross-team coordination across silicon, package, and system engineering groups.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The posting specifies more than 5 years of system-level signal integrity experience and expects demonstrated expertise in SIPI analysis and package-level electrical integrity.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Build and analyze novel System-in-Package designs to assess signal and power integrity.
  • Define and deliver robust build methodologies and platform electrical integrity solution spaces.
  • Develop and validate power delivery techniques and interfaces for multi-die packages.
  • Supervise package builds and execute packaging analysis workflows and tools.
  • Serve as a technical lead, providing oversight and direction to sub-workgroups.

Requirements

Must-have

  • More than 5 years of experience in system-level Signal Integrity.
  • Expertise with SIPI analysis environments (examples: Ansys suite, Cadence).
  • Deep understanding of multi-port matrices (S, Y, Z parameters) and electromagnetic extraction methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive design/build modifications and provide technical direction.

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of SoC implementations and modeling.
  • Experience in system-level power quality assurance and power delivery network analysis.
  • Familiarity with complete package build flow, packaging manufacturing steps, and advanced packaging (2.5D, 3D).
  • Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting for automation.
