Senior level β minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Primary delivery and operational responsibilities for product test and manufacturing readiness.
- Lead introduction and qualification of new automotive semiconductor products through ramp to high-volume manufacturing.
- Provide technical ownership for wafer sort and final test: yield monitoring, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and product disposition.
- Improve manufacturing profitability and operational metrics (yield, OEE, retest, cycle time, equipment utilization, cost).
- Own test engineering tasks: test program development/debugging, release management, test coverage optimization, and support for engineering changes.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and global teams to resolve technical and customer issues.
- Analyze production and test data using statistical methods to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.
