The Staff Product Engineer will join a dynamic product engineering team at Marvell, focused on advanced technologies in Server & Network Processors. The role involves collaboration with various teams including Test, hardware, and Design to develop, debug, and ensure the performance of products and solutions.

Mid-level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with design, process, DFM/DFT, and test teams.
- Debugging and characterizing new product performance of digital/analog circuits.
- Developing creative solutions based on volume data and test lab experimentation.
- Leading optimization and continuous improvement efforts in production test processes.
- Assisting with RMA testing and customer escalations.
- Defining yield and manufacturing specifications for various test insertions.
- Optimizing test flow and reducing test time.
- Enhancing yield and test methodology with design and DFT/DFM groups.
- Participating in new product qualifications before volume production.
Requirements
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering.
- Strong background in ATE testing, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
- Product development and mixed signal testing experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
