Role Summary
The Staff Modeling Engineer will join the Aerospace and Defense Group at Analog Devices in Bangalore. This role involves technical ownership of system-level modeling activities, managing a small team, and ensuring that project deliverables meet system behavior and requirements.

Experienced, with 7–12 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Taking technical responsibility for modeling activities and guiding a team of 3–6 engineers.
- Defining and overseeing modeling requirements based on system specifications.
- Collaborating with various technical teams including system architects and design engineers.
- Developing and optimizing high-level models using programming languages like SystemC, C++, and Python.
- Integrating models into simulation environments for analysis.
- Driving model-based design activities and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Analyzing simulation results and providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Maintaining and enhancing models as per evolving requirements.
- Documenting models for reuse across projects.
- Conducting regression testing to ensure model reliability.
- Offering technical mentorship and establishing best practices within the team.
Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering (ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech).
- Strong foundation in signal processing concepts.
- Proficiency in C, C++, SystemC, MATLAB, and familiarity with Python and Pytest.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering at the graduate level.
