Staff ML HW Modelling Engineer

Role Summary

Lead development of machine-learning hardware models and modelling infrastructure for next-generation NPUs and Arm IP. The role is part of a new ML hardware modelling team based in Ra'anana and focuses on delivering accurate, performant models used for architecture evaluation, verification and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical leadership of modelling work, cross-team collaboration, and supporting product development and customer evaluation.

• Lead development and validation of ML hardware models on the hardware modelling platform.
• Design, implement and evaluate new features and their performance impact on Arm IP.
• Collaborate closely with ML hardware design and verification teams on product specification and verification.
• Work with compiler teams to optimise hardware performance and enable software/hardware co‑design.
• Support hardware models in customer engagements and technical evaluations.
• Drive technical direction for larger work packages and mentor junior engineers.
• Help establish and grow the ML hardware modelling capability in Ra'anana.
