Job Title
Staff Hardware Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Work on verification of complex hardware IP and interconnect solutions for SoC and chiplet designs. You will design, implement and execute RTL verification strategies, improve automation and metrics, and collaborate with design, firmware and validation teams to ensure correctness, performance and reliability.
Experience Level
Mid-level — minimum 4 years of industry experience in hardware verification.
Responsibilities
Deliver and maintain verification environments and tests for highly parameterized IP.
- Define, document, develop and execute RTL verification tests and coverage plans.
- Develop verification components (BFMs, monitors) and reusable VIPs/testbeds.
- Write verification code and infrastructure in Python, C++ and HDL/SystemVerilog tooling-compatible formats.
- Maintain and improve verification workflows, automation and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug, validate and qualify IP.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, tools and attributes; followed by nice-to-have items.

Must-have: Minimum 4 years industry experience in hardware verification.
- Proficiency with RTL design and verification languages and environments (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, SystemC, C++, Python).
- Strong experience with verification methodologies and infrastructure (UVM, VIPs, testbeds, EDA simulators/tools).
- Shell scripting experience and familiarity with common verification flows.
- Understanding of hardware communication protocols (AMBA, OCP, or similar).
- Effective team collaboration skills; fluent English required.

Nice-to-have: Experience with formal verification methods; knowledge of interconnect technology; ability to read/speak Polish or French.
Education Requirements
Master's degree or Doctorate in engineering or computer science (or equivalent advanced degree).
