Role Summary

The Staff Engineer in Test Product Development will lead Product & Test Engineering activities focusing on mixed-signal audio edge processors and battery management power products. This role involves driving the product development process through all silicon development phases, including testing of digital and analog/mixed-signal products, while collaborating with global teams.

Experience Level

Mid-level (8-10 years of experience required).

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Defining innovative test planning with design teams and the Design for Test team.
  • Developing ATE software solutions according to specifications.
  • Executing the test development phase of projects, including functionality, characterization, and production release.
  • Designing reliable and efficient probe and test solutions for high-performance testing.
  • Supervising and participating in team member hiring as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in digital and AMS test development.
  • Knowledge of ATE software development and familiarity with Teradyne Flex and/or 93K ATE systems.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with programming knowledge in Python/C++.
  • Experience in ATE hardware design for digital and AMS products.
  • Experience in offshore production test program release.
  • Ability to work with reliability engineers on product qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education Requirements

Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
