Role Summary
The role involves working as part of ADI’s Automotive Wireless Battery Monitoring Systems team in Bangalore. The team is focused on developing Wireless Battery Management System products for automotive clients worldwide. This position allows for direct collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from conception to production and post-production support.

Mid-level, requiring 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing hardware and software test capabilities on new designs of high-performance digital, mixed-signal, and RF SOCs.
- Innovating test development processes to enhance efficiency and cycle times.
- Defining DFT/BIST alongside Design during new product development.
- Developing ATE test hardware and software for Final Test and Wafer Probe.
- Analyzing tester data for debugging and optimizing test solutions.
- Collaborating with Reliability on device qualifications.
- Partnering with manufacturing to implement robust test solutions.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Aligning test strategies with global teams for best practices.
- Driving continuous improvements in test methodologies.
Requirements
Requirements for this position include:
- Graduate degree in electrical or electronics engineering; a Master's is preferred.
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Digital, Analog, and Mixed signal IC test methods.
- Hands-on experience with ATE, preferably Teradyne Ultraflex.
- Experience in test calibration and knowledge of best practices in coding and hardware design.
- Experience in developing test hardware with schematic creation and layout oversight.
- Familiarity with industry standard practices for test product development.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Education Requirements
A graduate degree in electrical or electronics engineering is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
