Role Summary

Lead verification strategy and delivery for complex digital and mixed-signal SoC designs within the verification organization in Bangalore. This role architects UVM-based environments, drives verification closure, and mentors engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex debugging across RTL and gate-level simulations and develop resolutions.
  • Drive functional and code coverage closure using advanced verification methodologies.
  • Coordinate with design teams to define verification requirements and sign-off criteria.
  • Lead post-silicon validation efforts and provide technical customer support as needed.
  • Mentor and develop junior verification engineers; influence methodology adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-domain teams to achieve verification quality; travel ~10%.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

  • Expert SystemVerilog and UVM skills for architecting advanced verification environments.
  • Proven ability to develop test plans and apply coverage-driven verification methodologies.
  • Strong practical knowledge of mixed-signal verification techniques.
  • Advanced debugging skills across multiple design abstractions (RTL, gate-level).
  • Experience with EDA toolflows (Cadence, Synopsys) and formal verification techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation (Python, Perl, TCL, Shell).
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capability.
  • Exposure to SoC verification use-cases and excellent debug skills.

Education Requirements
