Staff Engineer, Process Development (Wet) — NAND
Lead development and optimization of wet unit processes to enable advanced NAND technology nodes, improve process margins, and resolve yield and quality issues. Work within a wet process module and collaborate with Process Integration, manufacturing, TD peers, and suppliers to deliver manufacturable solutions.
Contribute technical experiments, data-driven analysis, and documentation to support technology deployment and continuous improvement.
Senior-level. Typical experience guidance: PhD, or Master’s with ≥3 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years relevant experience.
Primary responsibilities include process development, integration, experimentation, and documentation to drive yield and manufacturability for NAND technologies.
