Staff Engineer – Process Development, Photolithography (NAND)
The Staff Engineer leads module-level photolithography process development for advanced NAND technology nodes, owning process robustness, manufacturability, and transfer readiness. The role partners with global R&D and manufacturing teams to translate device and integration requirements into reliable, scalable process solutions.
Work focuses on lithography process optimization, equipment and materials evaluation, process control strategy, and delivering development milestones through technology transfer.
Senior-level. Requires substantial prior experience in semiconductor photolithography process development and leadership in process execution.
Primary responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and transferring photolithography processes, implementing process control methods, and collaborating across functions and suppliers.
Must-have technical and interpersonal skills. Preferred items listed where applicable.
PhD with ≥3 years, or Master’s with ≥5 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥7 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field; demonstrated experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
