Mid-level; 5-7 years of experience in analog circuit design and semiconductor engineering.
Responsibilities
The Staff Engineer will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Lead analog architecture and design leadership including development and implementation of design strategies.
- Manage advanced analog circuit design and optimization initiatives.
- Oversee analog integration and system optimization.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and yield optimized.
- Provide technical problem solving and innovation.
- Offer technical leadership and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
Key requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Expert knowledge of analog circuit design principles.
- Proficiency with analog simulation tools and design verification methods.
- Strong project leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with semiconductor design and reliability mechanisms.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; a Master's degree is preferred.
