Staff Engineer, Design Verification
Role Summary
Lead and direct verification activities for pre-silicon full-chip designs, with a focus on DRAM and emerging memory architectures. Work with cross-functional and international teams to develop verification methodology, environments, and scalable automation.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include verification planning, simulation, and coverage-driven validation.
- Guide verification scope and strategy for assigned projects and areas of expertise.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs; run regressions and improve coverage.
- Develop testcases, stimuli, test benches, and test vectors for DRAM, SRAM, and other memory architectures.
- Participate in developing verification methodologies and environments for complex products.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to create new verification flows and tools.
- Identify verification pain points and work with teams to deploy scalable AI-based automation where appropriate.
Requirements
Key technical and interpersonal requirements.
- Must-have: Experience with DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related design verification.
- Must-have: Proficiency with Verilog and SPICE simulations; exposure to gate-level simulations (including delay) and logic schematic analysis.
- Must-have: Timing analysis experience (setup/hold and critical data path timing analysis).
- Must-have: Python scripting for verification tasks and automation.
- Must-have: Analytical capability for complex CMOS and/or gate-level circuit designs.
- Must-have: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Nice-to-have: Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve verification productivity and experience deploying responsible, validated enterprise AI solutions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field required.
