Staff Engineer, Design
Responsible for block- and sub-system-level circuit design, timing optimization, and supervising layout for NAND/flash memory products. Collaborates with logic teams, technology development, and project teams to define full-chip floorplans, place core circuits, finalize array waveforms, and optimize circuits from base cells to full-chip level.
The role includes mentoring junior designers and producing block- and sub-system-level Micro-Architecture Specifications (MAS) in accordance with industry standards such as ISO26262.
Senior. Typical experience guidance: MS/PhD with ~2β6 years or BS with ~6β10 years in the semiconductor industry.
Primary responsibilities include design, optimization, collaboration, and documentation across multiple levels of memory product development.
