Staff Engineer, ASIC Physical Design
Role Summary
Member of the ASIC Physical Design team based in Ho Chi Minh City responsible for delivering physical implementation and signoff for ASIC projects. Works with RTL designers, verification, DFT and tapeout teams to meet performance, power, area (PPA) and schedule targets.
Primary focus is physical implementation flows, timing closure, and preparing designs for manufacturing handoff.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute physical design flows (placement, routing, timing closure) for ASIC projects.
- Use and tune EDA tools to meet PPA targets and design constraints.
- Collaborate with RTL, verification, DFT, and tapeout teams to identify and resolve design issues.
- Perform signoff checks and prepare documentation for manufacturing handoff.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process and flow improvements.
Requirements
