Lead development of high-performance mixed-signal ICs for optical controller products within the CAC group. The role owns architecture definition, transistor- and block-level design, simulation/verification and coordinates with layout, testing and product engineering to deliver silicon that meets electrical and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead definition and architecture of high-performance mixed-signal ICs, driving system-level trade-offs and transistor-level design decisions.
- Own block-level design and transistor-level circuit implementation, including end-to-end simulation and verification.
- Develop product objective specifications (die size, package, pinout, block diagrams, electrical specs).
- Support layout, lab evaluation, testing, qualification, and product engineering to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring across design teams.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Design experience with switching power supply (DC-DC/PMIC) circuits or precision ADC/DAC designs.
- Proven track record in analog/mixed-signal IC development and full-cycle design verification.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience integrating analog blocks (converters, power management, etc.) in complex microcontroller systems.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device structures and fabrication processes.
Education Requirements
