Staff Digital Design Engineer
Role Summary
The Staff Digital Design Engineer will join the hardware development team to design power and area optimized digital circuits for complex mixed-signal applications. The role involves collaboration with analog and verification engineers to deliver high-quality silicon solutions.

Senior level with over 10 years of digital design experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the digital development process achieves budget, schedule, and project deliverable goals.
- Designing digital RTL that meets timing, area, and power specifications.
- Integrating designs at the top level and running block and top-level simulations.
- Participating in the mixed-signal design flow from micro-architecture to timing analysis.
- Collaborating with the P&R team for layout generation.
- Supporting DFT strategy and implementation, and test case development review.
- Assisting with top level test-bench debugging and simulations.
- Developing detailed design documents and holding design reviews.
- Documenting device errata and implementing engineering changes.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Fluency in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Strong understanding of ASIC design methodologies and block-level verification.
- Experience debugging RTL and gate-level simulations.
- Familiarity with low-power design techniques and conducting power analysis.
- Experience with industry-standard protocols (e.g., AMBA, I2C).
- Mandatory competency in written and verbal English.
Education Requirements
Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
