The Project Engineering Management, Sr Staff Engineer will lead the planning and execution of development projects for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications. Senior level; at least 6 years of experience in project management and engineering.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teams to define project requirements and objectives;
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation;
- Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions;
- Communicating project status to stakeholders;
- Representing R&D in customer relationships and managing escalations;
- Mentoring team members to inspire collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize key points concisely;
- Background in ASIC Design/Verification/Implementation;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project;
- Experience with developing or using 3rd party IP;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
