Develop and operate DevOps infrastructure and automation focused on FPGA workflows. Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to deliver image creation, runtime automation, CI/CD, and observability for FPGA prototyping and production pipelines.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining automation, pipelines, and monitoring to support FPGA development and deployment.
- Oversee and optimise compilation frameworks to ensure efficient, reliable builds.
- Automate handling of filelists, logs, and report generation to aid troubleshooting.
- Streamline creation and deployment of FPGA images and related software builds.
- Maintain and improve runtime automation frameworks for FPGA prototyping platforms.
- Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for FPGA and software testing and deployment.
- Manage source control workflows using Git/Gerrit, including code review processes.
- Implement performance monitoring, dashboards and alerting to improve observability and stability.
- Troubleshoot, optimise and automate development and release workflows.
Requirements

- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and automation best practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with FPGA development flows, toolchains or RTL development concepts.
- C++ and TCL scripting for automation and tooling.
- Experience with Docker and containerisation technologies.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and dashboards.
