Staff Design Implementation Staff Engineer
Role Summary
The Design Implementation Staff Engineer is responsible for RTL implementation, integration, and sign-off quality delivery of Automotive MCUs. This role covers the full front-end design flow and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure design quality and methodology improvement.
Experience Level
Mid-level, requiring 5-7+ years of experience in MCU/SoC front-end design and implementation.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Implementing MCU IPs or subsystems in RTL.
- Executing logic synthesis and timing closure.
- Performing design quality checks and reviews.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to methodologies.
Requirements
The qualifications include:
- Must-Have: Strong knowledge of RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Experience in Automotive MCU development.
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools.
- Strong analytical skills and technical ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with DFT concepts and scripting skills for automation.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 or ISO-SAE 21434.
