Role Summary

As a Staff Digital Design Engineer you will lead complex digital design efforts, define system-level architectures, and provide technical leadership to small engineering teams. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers to translate requirements into implementable digital solutions.

Location: Bangalore (onsite). Travel: up to 10%.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Preferred 8–12 years of relevant digital design engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include system architecture, technical leadership, and cross-functional delivery:

• Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs
• Lead technical teams and projects, providing technical direction
• Drive methodology improvements and establish best practices
• Influence product direction and technical roadmaps
• Collaborate across functions to deliver innovative solutions
• Engage with customers to capture technical requirements and propose solutions
• Mentor engineers and develop technical talent

Requirements

• Expertise in defining and implementing complex digital system architectures
• Proven technical leadership and ability to direct engineering teams
• Deep knowledge across multiple technical domains relevant to digital design
• Authority in digital design methodologies and process improvement

• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. The posting indicates equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
