  • Collaborating with customers, R&D, and teams for solution development.
  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Deep understanding of RTL-to-GDSII flows and backend P&R tools.
  • Proficiency in Tcl and Python scripting.
  • Strong account management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
