Staff Analog Mixed-Signal Design - Optical
Role Summary
Marvell's Broadband Analog group designs physical layer ICs for high-speed optical fiber data communication. The candidate will handle design and validation of FET and BiCMOS circuits for high-speed broadband ICs.
Experience Level
Mid-Career with 1+ to 5 years of industry experience depending on degree held.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Active-circuit design.
- Designing leading edge transimpedance amplifiers.
- Developing transmission line structures for enhanced performance.
- Designing high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
- Working with other teams for post-silicon validation and support.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience include:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in high-performance receiver design.
- Proficiency in EDA CAD tools and Analog Custom Layout.
- Strong foundation in transistor level design and device physics.
- Project experience in analog circuits.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (3-5 years experience) or Master’s/PhD with 1+ years experience in RF/Analog design.
