Staff Analog Engineer
Role Summary
The Staff Analog Engineer will design high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs and lead circuit-level architecture for products in the Sensors Division based in Prague. The role spans circuit design, simulation, verification, and cross-functional coordination to move designs from concept to production.
Experience Level
Senior - typically requires 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
Responsibilities
Accountable for delivering analog and mixed-signal IC blocks and guiding technical direction across the product development lifecycle.
- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal ICs for automotive and industrial applications.
- Model, simulate, and verify mixed-signal systems using EDA tools.
- Act as technical lead for key circuit blocks and provide design ownership through production qualification.
- Perform circuit design, simulation, and analysis to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with system architects, digital, layout, product, and test teams during development.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Produce technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
- Engage with customers for feasibility studies and requirements definition.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, including complex circuit blocks taken to production.
- Deep knowledge of analog design principles, semiconductor physics, and mixed-signal development methodologies.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive engineering excellence.
- Proficiency with circuit modeling, simulation, and verification tools (state-of-the-art EDA tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience specifically in automotive-grade analog/mixed-signal designs and qualification processes.
Education Requirements
University degree level qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
