This staff-level engineering role is responsible for designing, delivering, and validating analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks and IP for ASIC/SoC products. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Architect, design, simulate, and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits and IP for ASIC/SoC integration.
- Develop and run simulations to meet functional, performance, power, and area targets.
- Work with layout and foundry PDKs to ensure DRC/LVS compliance and manufacturability.
- Participate in silicon bring-up, characterization, failure analysis, and root-cause debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, verification, system, test) to integrate mixed-signal blocks.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers; contribute to design reviews and process improvements.
Requirements

- Must-have: Practical experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and verification; proficiency with industry-standard SPICE-based simulation flows and toolsets.
- Must-have: Experience with silicon characterization, bring-up, and debug of analog/mixed-signal blocks.
- Must-have: Familiarity with PDKs, foundry processes, DRC/LVS flows, and design-for-manufacturability considerations.
- Nice-to-have: Hands-on layout experience or close collaboration with layout teams; experience with PLLs, ADC/DACs, or power-management circuits.
- Nice-to-have: Scripting skills for automation (e.g., Python); experience integrating mixed-signal IP into SoC flows.
