Role Summary

This position involves leading the validation of complex PrimeTime STA features, mentoring engineers, and ensuring product quality across various teams. The focus is on leveraging AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to enhance validation processes.

Experience Level

Senior level with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

• Leading validation of PrimeTime STA features, defining strategies and coverage.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Conducting debugging, root cause analysis, and collaborating across teams to ensure product quality.
• Architecting automation frameworks and analyzing validation data.
• Preparing executive-level presentations on validation status and risks.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Static Timing Analysis fundamentals.
• Experience with Synopsys PrimeTime or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Perl, Tcl, and Python.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Demonstrated technical ownership and leadership.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Advanced timing concepts and scenarios.
• Experience in debugging complex cross-component issues.

Education Requirements

BSEE with 5+ years of experience or MSEE with 4+ years of relevant experience.
