Experience Level

Senior — typically 5–7+ years in the semiconductor industry with 3–5+ years of hands-on technical program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for planning, executing and reporting on assigned mixed-signal chip projects while enforcing disciplined project management practices.

  • Define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Own projects end-to-end and serve as primary internal contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to meet milestones and quality targets.
  • Track metrics/KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, manufacturability) with PMO leads.
  • Estimate, forecast and manage project and program spending to align with forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain project discipline, processes and continuous-improvement practices.
  • Identify and remove execution roadblocks; escalate early and form Tiger teams when required.

  • Prepare and present project status and decision-point reviews to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience for managing mixed-signal semiconductor projects.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry; experience at a major analog semiconductor company preferred.
  • 3–5+ years hands-on technical program/project management leading mixed-signal analog product development.
  • Experience in product line NPI and hands-on roles such as product, test, validation, design or quality.
  • Familiarity with design, fabrication, packaging, test, characterization, qualification and mass production workflows.
  • Strong execution discipline with focus on schedule, budget, quality and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Proficient with project-management and quality tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, FMEA, 8D/root-cause analysis, Microsoft OneNote).
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Nice-to-have: exposure to automotive development processes; PMP certification is a plus.

Education Requirements

BS in Electrical, Electronics, or other engineering discipline relevant to semiconductors required; Master’s degree preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
