Role Summary

The Sr. Staff Design Engineer (DCDC) will work on PMIC IC design focusing on general DCDC converters and power solutions. The role entails participating in the complete product development cycle and advancing circuit designs to meet product specifications.

Experience Level

Senior-level; candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant analog circuit design experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing mixed-signal power management ICs from the transistor/resistor level to the system level.
  • Participating in the entire product development cycle from definition to release.
  • Utilizing SIMPLIS for behavioral modeling.
  • Assisting ATE development using Design-For-Test methods.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

  • PhD or MSEE with 3+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
  • Experience with power management designs including buck/boost converters, LDOs, and battery chargers.
  • Proficiency in analog and mixed-signal IC design, particularly in ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, and op-amps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements

PhD or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
