Sr RF/Mixed Signal Test Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and deliver production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, Bluetooth, and UWB system-on-chip (SoC) devices on automatic test equipment (ATE). Lead RF/mixed-signal test development from design kickoff through production release and collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams to implement test methods and DFT improvements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing and deploying test solutions, debugging yield/performance issues, and advancing test for RF/mixed-signal products.
- Develop production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT, and UWB SoC devices on ATE.
- Support and optimize tests on ATE platforms (Advantest 93K/Exascale, Teradyne UFLEX/UFLEX+ preferred).
- Drive test development from design kickoff to production release.
- Debug design- and process-related yield and performance problems.
- Design new DFT concepts and test techniques to improve efficiency and reduce test cost.
- Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams on RF/analog test methods, including built-in self-test and firmware-based testing.
- Share best practices and drive new test engineering approaches across product lines and teams.
Requirements
Key technical and behavioral requirements.
- Strong programming background (C++, Java, Visual Basic).
- Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven; able to take ownership and work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- RF and mmWave testing experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with ATE platforms and test automation preferred.
- Fluent in English.
Education Requirements
Master's or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering. The posting specifies approximately 10+ years of relevant experience.
