Sr. Product Manager - Compute Subsystems (Physical AI)

Role Summary

Lead product definition, strategy, and go-to-market activities for Compute Subsystems (CSS) and IP within Arm's Physical AI business unit. Collaborate with engineering, sales, account managers, and external partners to define specifications, drive product releases, and secure licensing and design wins for AI-enabled systems such as robotics and autonomous devices.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, focusing on commercial and technical decisions that position CSS products for adoption in automotive, industrial, and robotics markets.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include market and product definition, lifecycle management, and cross-functional enablement.

  • Research market trends and partner requirements to inform future product specifications and roadmaps.
  • Define product requirements and lead product lifecycle from specification to release with engineering teams.
  • Develop product strategies for Compute Subsystems and IP targeted at Physical AI applications.
  • Create technical and marketing collateral (presentations, white papers) to communicate product value and application fit.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and work with account managers to secure licensing and design wins.
  • Provide product training and technical guidance to sales, licensing, legal, and application engineering teams.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities including product launches, press/analyst briefings, conferences, and demonstrations.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
