Sr Modeling Design Engineer
Role Summary
Lead the development and validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal models for Lattice FPGAs. Manage a team of modeling engineers and coordinate with design and product groups to deliver accurate, high-performance models.

Responsibilities
The role centers on model creation, validation, optimization, and documentation.
- Lead development and validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit models.
- Perform simulations and digital circuit analysis using HDLs and circuit simulation tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to modeling engineers.
- Collaborate with design teams and internal model consumers to define requirements and verify behavior.
- Analyze simulation results and recommend design or model improvements.
- Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
- Document modeling processes, assumptions, and results for stakeholders.
- Monitor and apply advances in modeling techniques and tools.

Must-have:
- 8+ years of experience in circuit modeling and simulation.
- Proficiency with SPICE and HDLs such as Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Right to work in India; background and reference checks required.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
