Role Summary
Lead a team of verification engineers responsible for development and verification of automotive connectivity SoCs based on E2B technology. Define verification strategies, manage execution and resources, and ensure delivery of safety-critical products compliant with automotive standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and drive verification strategy, execution, and quality across multiple automotive SoC programs; collaborate across architecture, design, firmware, safety, and program teams.
- Lead, mentor, recruit, and grow a team of verification engineers across programs.
- Define verification methodologies, reusable infrastructure, and organization-wide best practices.
- Plan and manage verification schedules, resources, risks, and project execution to meet tapeout milestones.
- Define verification plans, coverage goals, and sign-off criteria aligned with product and safety requirements.
- Drive coverage-driven verification closure using constrained-random, assertions, formal methods, and software-driven tests.
- Oversee protocol and interoperability validation, error handling, diagnostics, and system-level performance for E2B communication technology.
- Coordinate safety verification activities, fault-injection campaigns, and traceability for ISO 26262 requirements.
- Participate in technical reviews from architecture through silicon validation and resolve cross-functional issues impacting schedules or quality.
Requirements
Must-have technical capabilities and leadership experience required to deliver complex processor-based SoCs.
- Extensive experience verifying complex SoCs with embedded processors, memory hierarchies, interconnects, DMA, interrupts, security modules, and communication subsystems.
- Proven track record delivering SoC tapeouts in advanced semiconductor environments.
- Strong processor-based verification experience; RISC-V experience strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM and experience architecting reusable verification environments and VIP.
- Experience developing and integrating C/SystemVerilog DPI models, reference models, transaction-level models, and firmware into verification flows.
- Strong debugging skills across RTL, subsystem, SoC, and firmware; expertise in functional coverage, assertions, and verification sign-off.
- Proven leadership in hiring, career development, performance management, and influencing technical direction across teams and locations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred. Posting specifies ~12+ years of digital design verification experience and ~5+ years leading verification teams.
