Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the product development and lifecycle, including chip transition from tape-out to final product.
- Analyzing wafer fabrication data to improve chip yield and profitability.
- Managing relationships with foundries and OSAT partners to drive process and yield maturity.
- Leading engineering innovation and maintaining design quality standards.
- Building and leading global teams across Yield & Test engineering.
Requirements
Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Preferred: Master's degree or advanced degrees in relevant fields.
