Sr. IP Product Engineer, AI Processor
Role Summary
Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent's AI processor IP (including RISC-V CPU cores and chiplet solutions) and customer SoC teams. You will guide integration, support silicon bring-up and system-level debugging, and help customers achieve optimal performance and faster time-to-market.
This is a hybrid role based out of Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, focusing on customer-facing engineering, technical enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include customer-facing integration, technical support, and driving successful deployment of IP in customer SoCs.
- Act as primary technical contact for customers during IP integration, silicon bring-up, and validation.
- Guide integration of AI processors, RISC-V CPUs, and chiplet architectures into customer SoCs.
- Debug system-level issues from pre-silicon simulation through post-silicon validation and firmware/software interactions.
- Support IP productization tasks: documentation, release notes, integration guides, and customer training.
- Manage technical engagements throughout the support lifecycle and maintain trusted customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal product, architecture, silicon, and software teams to resolve customer issues and influence roadmaps.
- Provide technical feedback from customers to inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.

- Proven experience in customer-facing engineering roles with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience debugging complex hardware/software interactions during bring-up and validation.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and provide customer training and support.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology; employment may be contingent on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval under U.S. export laws.
