Sr Engineer, Design Enablement
Role Summary
This role involves joining the Advanced SOCs and MCUs Flows & Methodologies Team to develop and define Synthesis & STA flow and methodology. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet design objectives for advanced technology nodes.
Experience Level
Mid-level (3-6 years of experience preferred).
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and defining Synthesis & STA flow and methodology for Advanced SoCs and MCUs.
- Managing requirements for SoCs/MCUs designs.
- Collaborating with EDA vendors to evaluate and benchmark tools and flows.
- Deploying new tools and methodologies across the organization.
Requirements
Must-have skills and knowledge include:
- Strong knowledge of RTL, Synthesis, LEC, VCLP, Timing Constraints, UPF, and Timing Signoff.
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Genus, Fusion Compiler, Conformal, Tempus, and Primetime.
- Strong scripting skills in PERL/TCL/Python.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.d. in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in VLSI domain.
