Role Summary

Lead a global product and applications engineering organization that guides customers through the full SoC journey for interface IPs (e.g., DDR, HBM and other high-speed protocols). The role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and product execution to improve delivery quality and scale engineering impact across markets such as HPC and automotive.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Requires approximately 10+ years of semiconductor industry leadership experience focused on silicon development, bring-up, and validation.

Responsibilities

Accountable for technical execution, customer outcomes, team development, and driving AI-enabled process improvements.

• Lead a global applications and product engineering organization across customer engagements, IP configuration, integration, silicon bring-up, and production support.
• Own execution quality and outcomes for complex, high-visibility customer programs.
• Partner with customer engineering leadership to define collaboration and long-term engagement models.
• Translate customer challenges into technical strategies and influence IP roadmaps by identifying systemic issues and execution bottlenecks.
• Champion AI and digital transformation initiatives to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and enablement.
• Build, mentor, and retain senior technical leaders and develop the next generation of engineering talent.

• Must have: Hands-on experience with SoC development including design, verification, implementation, and IP integration.
• Must have: Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management; ability to engage with senior customers and internal leaders.
• Must have: Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional strategy and deliver business-critical outcomes.
• Nice to have: Experience leading AI/digital transformation programs within engineering organizations.
• Nice to have: Domain experience in markets such as HPC and automotive.

Education Requirements
