Sr Application Engineer
Role Summary
The role involves engaging with customers to identify and qualify opportunities, establishing evaluation criteria, and facilitating the use of tools in production. It requires hands-on knowledge of Advanced Node layout and close collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering teams.

Mid-level; 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers for issue resolution and identifying opportunities.
- Collaborating with R&D for feature implementation and bug fixes.
- Conducting evaluations to convert opportunities into business.
- Deploying tools for customers and ensuring smooth operations.
- Utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues affecting production schedules.
Requirements
Must-have skills and qualifications include:
- Solid understanding of IC design technology and foundry processes in analog layouts.
- Experience with Cadence layout tools, particularly Virtuoso, and advanced node exposure.
- Knowledge of analog layout design fundamentals and automation scripting.
- Prior design experience using Cadence CustomIC Physical Design tools and flows.
Education Requirements
B.Tech or equivalent degree is required.
