Solutions Engineering Staff Engineer

Role Summary

Lead post-silicon debug and productization for PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature, Current, Droop) IP sensors. Work with cross-functional teams to enable IP as a product platform, support top-level physical/board/package integration, and deliver post-silicon validation and reports.

Experience Level

Senior; 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for this role include hands-on post-silicon activities, coordination across design teams, and producing debug deliverables.

• Serve as the single point of contact for post-silicon debug and validation.
• Enable and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for sensor IP.
• Develop and maintain IP as a product development platform.
• Perform hands-on post-silicon test setups, debugging, and data analysis.
• Collaborate on top-level physical design, board-level, and package-level integration.
• Produce post-silicon reports and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements

Key skills and attributes required. Must-have items are technical capabilities; nice-to-have items cover leadership and mentoring.

Must-have:

• Hands-on experience in post-silicon test setups and validation.
• Experience with RTL development and physical design flows.
• Practical knowledge of Digital and AMS chip design and post-silicon debug.
• Understanding of top-level physical design, board-level, and package-level considerations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers or customers.
• Experience producing formal post-silicon reports and documentation.

Education Requirements

BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering. The posting specifies a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years of relevant experience is expected.
