Solutions Architect
Role Summary
Technical lead responsible for applying Baya Systems' fabric and IP technologies to customer designs across datacenter, automotive, infrastructure, and edge markets. Work with sales and engineering to translate customer requirements into validated implementation plans and deployed solutions.
Primary mission: guide system architecture and integration of Baya technology, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver customer-specific solutions that support product development and deployment.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and customer-facing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for solutions built on Baya technology.
- Design and implement customized solutions to meet customer-specific system and SoC requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate requirements into product and integration plans.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, methodologies, and standards to advise customers on development and certification strategies.
- Travel to customer sites and events as required.
Requirements
Required and preferred technical skills, experience, and attributes.
- Must-have: 10+ years designing or supporting complex SoC projects from architecture definition to tape-out, including work on advanced process nodes.
- Must-have: Strong familiarity with system-level design challenges, verification, and integration for enterprise or embedded markets.
- Must-have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Must-have: Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.
- Nice-to-have: 5+ years in a solution architecture or customer-facing technical role.
- Nice-to-have: Understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise/infrastructure markets.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of functional safety standards and certification processes.
Education Requirements
