Responsibilities

• Log, track, and help reproduce defects; verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Set up and maintain test environments, test data, and test harnesses.
• Analyze test results and contribute to quality metrics and reports.
• Document test procedures, results, and known issues.

Requirements

Core skills and expectations:

• Must-have: basic programming or scripting ability (e.g., Python, C/C++), familiarity with version control (git), and comfort using Linux or similar environments.
• Must-have: understanding of software testing fundamentals and defect lifecycle, plus good communication and teamwork skills.
